Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease. Add flour, cayenne and salt to a resealable plastic bag and shake to blend flour and salt.
Add chicken wings to bag, seal up the bag and shake well to coat wings with the mix.
Place wings on the baking sheet and place in refrigerator for minimum of 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Melt butter and whisk together with Liquid Lava sauce. Dip each wing into the sauce/butter mix and place onto baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes turning the wings half way.
