1 bottle Get Sauced® Mardi Gras Hot Sauce
3 pounds jumbo shrimp (or preferred large shrimp), uncooked with shell removed and deveined
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Parsley for garnish, chopped
Heat grill to medium.
Combine Get Sauced Mardi Gras Hot Sauce, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
Rinse and pat dry shrimp, then thread shrimp on skewers and baste with sauce.
Place shrimp on grill and cook 1-3 minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and the meat is white, being careful not to overcook.
Plate and garnish with lemon and parsley. Serve immediately with sauce for dipping.
